• Service providers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting, messaging, analytics)

MENRVA Labs does not sell personal data.

10. WhatsApp Messaging

MENRVA Labs uses WhatsApp to provide customer service, reply to your queries, and facilitate relevant introductions. By messaging our WhatsApp number or submitting your phone number through a MENRVA Labs opt-in form, you opt in to receive conversational WhatsApp messages from us. Message frequency varies based on each user's individual conversation. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or WhatsApp conversation content with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not use your mobile phone number or message content for marketing purposes outside of the MENRVA Labs service.

Conversations may be processed by automated systems and human agents to generate responses and are stored securely on our servers. If you request an introduction to a gallery, fair, or partner through MENRVA Labs, your relevant contact and conversation context may be shared with that party to enable follow-up, as described in Section 5. This only occurs at your request and is separate from marketing.

11. Children

MENRVA Labs is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
